The Fermentation Hub is a global community where fermenters of all levels – from beginners to professionals – gather to learn, share, and deepen their practice, ferment by ferment and season by season.
Whether you’re making your very first jar of sauerkraut or running a small-batch operation, this is a place to connect, collaborate, and grow — shaped by the lived experience of fermenters and educators nurturing living cultures every day.
The Hub was born out of a deep love of fermentation, and a real yearning for community and connection beyond algorithms, trends, and noise.
A place where you can ask questions, share experiments, sense-check what you’re doing, and learn alongside others — without feeling like you’re doing it alone.
It’s not about rushing, performing, or keeping up.
Just a calm, supportive space to stay curious and keep learning together.
For those working professionally with fermentation, there’s an optional Pro Hub — a private space focused on connection, collaboration, and supporting grassroots fermentation work.
This includes:
Sharing knowledge and experience
Developing ideas together
Supporting real-world community events and initiatives
The Pro Hub sits alongside the main community and is entirely optional.
