The idea of a Wild Garlic Party started as something I organised with my own friends. We head outside to forage wild garlic together, come back to the kitchen, and spend the afternoon making kimchi and fermented pesto. We make a day of it – lunch, tea, cake, and something wonderful to take home in a jar.

It’s become one of my favourite ways to honour the season. Simple, nourishing, and the kind of afternoon that stays with you.
