I’m so excited for this session where we’ll be joined by Dr Tejas Sameer as we explore key Ayurvedic concepts in a simple and accessible way, with a focus on how these can be applied in daily life through your kitchen, especially as we move from Spring into Summer.
The session will touch upon the role of seasonality in supporting digestion and overall balance, along with a gentle unpacking of some commonly held perceptions around fermentation within an Ayurvedic context.
At its heart, the workshop includes a seasonal vegetable ferment ~ designed to support this transition – a pineapple salsa with an Ayurvedic twist – along with practical guidance that can be carried forward and adapted across a range of ingredients in your own kitchen.
