Hey fellow fermenters

Just a to let you know that April’s tutorials for members went live yesterday (you have access to these): Wild Garlic Miso and Rhubarb Kosho

You’ll find all the links on the ‘This Month’ tab in the main menu (on the left).
I’ve also added the link to the Wild Garlic party template with wild garlic kimchi and fermented pesto recipes, in case that works just as recipe ideas or as a commercial workshop offering for your own customers.

Is anyone planning a Kraut Mob in their neck of the woods?
I put feelers out to a few venues and now they’ve all come back and said yes, so it looks like I’m going to be hosting at least 3 in my area. Where I live is fairly rural so it ends up being 3 different catchment areas. I’m co-hosting with a fellow fermenter so hopefully they will raise awareness of The Fermentation Hub AND create new customers for my friend.

Do you need any more info or support for your own kraut mobs – please do let me know if you do.
